1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Lustro, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all detailing services including exterior, interior, full detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, and window restoration.

2. Scheduling & Availability

Services are provided by appointment only. All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. Lustro reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as safety concerns or access restrictions.

3. Aircraft Access & Hangar Use

Clients must ensure the aircraft is accessible at the scheduled time. For optimal results, some services may require short-term hangar use. Hangar access coordinated by Lustro may include a 10% handling fee. Clients are responsible for hangar fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Rush & After-Hours Service

Rush or last-minute requests may incur a 10–25% surcharge depending on timing, availability, and scope. Same-day or after-hours service is subject to a minimum $250 rush fee.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 25% of the service total.

6. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of service. Payments can be made via credit card, ACH, or an approved corporate account.

7. Liability

Lustro takes every precaution to ensure the safety and care of your aircraft. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or the condition of surfaces affected by age or previous treatments.

8. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on surface condition, age, and maintenance history. We will communicate any limitations before performing advanced treatments such as polishing or ceramic coating.

9. Photography & Media

With client permission, Lustro may capture and use photos or videos of detailing work for marketing purposes. Identifying details (e.g., tail numbers) will be removed or blurred.
